Programmers Academy is currently seeking a Senior Analyst in Sales Operations with a strong analytical background, attention to detail, and experience supporting global sales teams. The Senior Analyst will lead Programmers Academy Lead-to-Cash (L2C) systems, serving as the business lead to enhance and roll out new processes and tools that support our growth-focused sales model. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting business requirements, partnering with Core Business Technology (BT) to execute them, and conducting UAT to ensure successful and timely project delivery. The goal of this role is to improve sales efficiency and drive the adoption of sales systems and processes with a Slack-first, productivity platform mindset.

The Senior Analyst should be able to navigate a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment, and work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and effectiveness. What you will be doing:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and collaborate on system, processes, and tool solutions and continuous improvements
  • Imagine/re-imagine, design, and drive Slack app-first GTM business experiences (e.g. Programmers Academy solution as the driver for productivity and efficiency) as you help the business establish modern processes in a high growth performance culture
  • Support change management, enablement, and communications
  • Conduct analysis, own reporting and dashboards that support our functional area, and not shy from digging deep into solving the business problems at hand
  • Develop effective relationships and regular communication with our cross-functional business partners in a highly matrixed team environment
  • Keep a “customer service” mindset, set fast but achievable SLAs, and maintain transparent and effective two-way communication with business partners
  • Understand how your role fits into the bigger picture and proactively anticipate and address business needs

What you should have:

  • Passion for change and a positive, growth mindset!
  • Take pride in your work and quality outcomes, obsess about measuring results using quantitative metrics, sweat the small stuff, and be accountable
  • 4+ years of experience leading projects cross-functionally within a global sales organization
  • Experience in the lead-to-cash (L2C) space
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Experience with Slack is a plus!
  • Strong business judgment
  • Demonstrable time management and project management skills
